Sugar and Spice Heartworm +

Sugar and Spice need our help. They are 2 beautiful sisters at the shelter and have a family that is going to adopt them both. We found out that both girls have tested heartworm positive, a disease which can kill if not treated. It is also a very costly treatment and we need to help this family pay for the treatment.
